Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

Must include tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@islaspetboutique.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the issue.

If approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), return instructions, and a prepaid label (if the issue is our fault).

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Address
The correct return address will be provided once your return request is approved.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Who Pays Return Shipping?

Our error (defect, damage, wrong item): We cover return shipping.

Change of mind / wrong size / not a fit: Customer covers return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care or health items once opened

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Final sale items & gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest option is to return your item for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
